We want you to be happy with your purchase from Nordic Social Club.

14-day return policy

Nordic Social Club offers a 14-day return period for online purchases. You have 14 days from the day after receiving your order to notify us that you wish to return an item.

After notifying us, the item must be returned within 14 days.

This return policy is offered to our international customers regardless of country. Any mandatory consumer rights provided by the laws applicable to your purchase are not affected by this policy.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping when returning an item because they have changed their mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer want the product.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Please contact us before returning an item so that we can provide the correct return instructions and address.

Condition of returned items

You may inspect and try on the product in the same way you normally would in a physical store.

Returned products should be in their original condition. If a product has been used or handled beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and fit, any resulting reduction in value may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and photos showing the issue.

If your claim is approved, we will provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund, at no additional cost to you.

Your statutory rights regarding faulty or defective products are not affected by this policy.

Personalised products

Products made according to your individual specifications or which are clearly personalised may not be eligible for return due to a change of mind, where permitted by applicable law.

This may include products featuring your own name, text, image or other individual customisation.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund in accordance with this policy and any applicable consumer legislation.

Where required by law, we will also refund the original standard delivery charge. Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a more expensive shipping method than our standard delivery option may not be refundable.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, where permitted by applicable law.
