Nordic Social Club uses Shopify as the technical platform for its online store.

These Terms apply when you visit or make a purchase from our online store. When making a purchase, our policies regarding, among other things, the right of withdrawal, returns, privacy, and shipping also apply.

These Terms do not limit any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws.

2. Products

We do our best to present our products as accurately as possible.

However, colors and the appearance of products may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen due to factors such as screen settings, photography, and production methods.

Some of our products are made to order. Minor variations between product images and the finished product may therefore occur.

We reserve the right to change our product range, product descriptions, and prices, as well as to discontinue products.

This does not affect the customer's statutory rights if a product received is defective.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

You are responsible for ensuring that the contact, shipping, and payment information you provide is correct.

If we discover an obvious error in an order, price, or product information, or if the product cannot be delivered for any other reason, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Any amounts to be refunded because an order cannot be fulfilled will be refunded in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Because some products enter production shortly after an order is placed, it may be difficult to change or cancel an order once production has started. This does not limit any statutory right of withdrawal.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the market from which the customer is shopping.

Any shipping costs are displayed in the cart or at checkout before the purchase is completed.

Any taxes, duties, customs charges, or import costs are handled as indicated at checkout and in the information applicable to the relevant market.

We reserve the right to change prices, discounts, and promotions. Such changes do not affect purchases that have already been completed.

Payments are processed through the payment methods offered in the online store.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Our products may be produced and shipped from different production locations depending on the product and the customer's delivery address.

Any stated delivery time is an estimate. Delivery may be affected by factors including production time, shipping carriers, customs processing, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

We remain responsible to the customer to the extent required by applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Right of Withdrawal, Returns, and Claims

The right of withdrawal and returns are handled in accordance with our Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy and applicable law.

If you receive the wrong product, or if the product is damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible at mail@nordicsocialclub.com. Please include your order number and, where relevant, photographs of the issue.

Your statutory rights relating to defective products are not affected by these Terms.

Products made to the customer's own specifications or that are clearly personalized may be exempt from the right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law. The fact that a product is made to order (print-on-demand) does not in itself mean that the right of withdrawal does not apply.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The content of the Nordic Social Club website, including logos, graphics, designs, photographs, illustrations, text, and other materials, belongs to Nordic Social Club/Gundersen Media or our respective licensors unless otherwise stated.

The content may not be copied, distributed, published, sold, or used commercially without the necessary permission.

Normal personal use of the website is, of course, permitted.

8. Third-Party Services

The online store may use or link to services provided by third parties, including payment providers, shipping carriers, and other technical service providers.

The use of such services may be subject to the third party's own terms and privacy policies.

9. Shopify

Our online store uses Shopify as its technical platform.

All purchases from Nordic Social Club are made between the customer and Nordic Social Club/Gundersen Media. Shopify provides the technical infrastructure and is not the seller of our products.

10. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Information about which personal data is processed, why it is processed, and which third parties may receive such data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

If you submit a product review, feedback, or other material to us, you are responsible for ensuring that the content does not infringe the rights of others or violate applicable law.

We may use product reviews and feedback in connection with the operation and marketing of Nordic Social Club to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The version currently in effect will always be available in the online store.

Changes will not affect purchase agreements already entered into in a manner that conflicts with applicable law.

These Terms are governed by Norwegian law, subject to any mandatory consumer rights applicable in the country where the customer resides.

In the event of a dispute, we would first like to try to resolve the matter directly with the customer.

Consumers retain all rights and complaint procedures available to them under applicable consumer protection laws.
